How our pricing works
Inside Chennai you pay a package: 4 hours/40 km or 8 hours/80 km, plus extra hours and kilometres if you go over. Outside Chennai you pay per kilometre plus a daily driver bata, with at least 250 km billed for each calendar day. Fuel and the driver are always included.

Terms
- Fuel and a trained driver are included in every price.
- Toll, parking and inter-state permit charges are extra, at actuals.
- Time and kilometres are counted from our Ambattur garage and back (garage to garage).
- Outstation trips are billed for at least 250 km per calendar day, even if you drive less.
- Driver bata is charged per day on outstation trips; a night halt outside Chennai counts as a day.
- A 50% advance confirms the booking. The balance is paid at the end of the trip.
- All cars are air-conditioned.

Worked example
A same-day Chennai to Pondicherry round trip is about 300 km. In an Innova Crysta that is 300 km × ₹25 = ₹7,500, plus ₹1,000 driver bata, so ₹8,500 plus toll and the Puducherry permit. If the trip were only 200 km, you would still pay for the 250 km daily minimum.

Is fuel included in the car rental price?
Yes. Every package and per-km rate includes fuel and the driver.
What is driver bata?
Driver bata is a fixed daily allowance that covers the driver's food and stay on outstation trips. It is charged per calendar day.
Why is there a 250 km minimum per day?
On outstation trips the car and driver are away from Chennai all day, so each calendar day is billed for at least 250 km even if you drive less.
Are toll and parking included?
No. Toll, parking and inter-state permit charges are paid at actuals, either by you directly or added to the final bill with receipts.
How is time calculated?
Time and kilometres are counted from our Ambattur garage until the car returns there (garage to garage).
